Frequently Asked Questions:

Is a deposit required to reserve my date?

No deposit is necessary to formally book your date. If we agree on a date, I trust you will honor the deal.

When is the final payment due?

We require final payment on the day of the event. We accept cash, check and PayPal (fee's apply).

Do you charge extra for set-up time?

No, the set-up and tear-down time is factored into the price. If you require additional time, we charge $100 per half hour for overtime. Furthermore, if you require the Booth to be set up 1-hour or more in advance, we charge a modest $25 per hour for idle time.

Does our rental include a Photo Booth attendant?

Although a professional and friendly staff member might not stay on-site after the booth is setup, they will remain close-by to correct any technical issues or change the printer paper as needed.  In the unlikely event of a non-correctable issue, a refund/price deduction will be given for the time that goes unused.

What are the dimensions of your Photo Booth?

The Booth measures approximately 6'5” tall by 3' wide by 7' deep.

How many people fit in your Photo Booth?

Our design will accommodate 3-4 people comfortably, but we've had up to 7 in it at one time. That's a party!

Do you have any suggestions on choosing an area for the Photo Booth?

We recommend that you try and position the Photo Booth as close to the action as possible. This has proven much better then in a different room away from the party where it is likely to be used less frequently by you and your guests.

What power supply is required?

The booth operates from a single three-pronged outlet. It is your responsibility to ensure proper access to an outlet is available for the booth.

What are our photostrip options?

You are free to choose Color or B&W. Other options include personalized overlays designed to complement your event.  Prints are in the size of 2” x 6” each.

Are prints included with your rental rates?

Yes they are. Each Photo Booth session takes four or five pictures to create a strip. They are printed on professional die sub photos that won't fade. Seconds after stepping out of the Booth two individual strips from the session will print automatically. Our rental rates include unlimited sessions during your contracted time.

Can we have a special message displayed on our index prints?

Absolutely! Most of our clients choose to customize their strips. We can add names, dates, slogans, logos and more.  Extensive custom graphics or watermarks can be added for an additional fee.
